Consumer Directed Care Plus — usually shortened to CDC+ — is a Florida program that puts families in the driver's seat. Instead of being assigned providers, you self-direct approved services and choose the qualified people you trust to care for your loved one.
You work with a consultant, receive an approved monthly budget, and build a purchasing plan around the services your family actually needs — respite care, personal care, companionship, and more. If our home and our caregivers are a good fit, you can choose us as your provider.
